Argen Ltd. was established in 1990 and started to act as a local agent for oil companies and/or their contractors operating in Turkey under oil law. Our team has a considerable experience in offshore projects as well as onshore.
According to petroleum law in Turkey; all equipment including rigs, barges,seismic and supply vessels, helicopters and the contents have to be imported in and exported after the operation. Local operation permissions from Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Interior, Undersecretariat of Maritime; Navy and General Staff have to be obtained due to the contract for being able to operate and import equipment to Turkey. Such outlined services have to be performed by a local agent with a power of attorney granted to them by the oil company and/or the contractor.
